The lipstick has a matte formula that is creamy. It glides easily without nay tugging. The formula is matte but not drying. It feels light weight and comfortable on lips. Lip Color doesn’t settle in the lip lines but it does accentuate dry flaky lips so proper exfoliation of lips is very necessary. I suggest applying a little lip balm to those who have very dry lips. It has a very mild fragrance that is pleasant and fades away within seconds of application.
