The US retailer posted its pre-order pages for the tablet. They included full specifications, press images of tablet from all angles and US prices for both the 16GB and 32GB models.
The accidental posting confirms that the second generation Nexus 7 tablet includes a 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon Pro S4 8064 process, 2GB of RAM and Adreno 320 graphics.
It also confirms that it will feature a seven-inch 1920 x 1080Full HD IPS LCD screen, a five megapixel rear-facing camera and a 1.2 megapixel video camera on the front.
The posting also confirms that the tablet will come with Android 4.3 – confirmed to be called Jelly Bean. The latest version of Android is due to be officially unveiled to the public later today in the US.
Connectivity-wise, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are both built in but there is no mention of 3G or 4G models. Both of the models posted were the non-SIM models. Neither model comes with HDMI output.
It is currently unclear if Google plans to launch the second generation Nexus 7 with or without a 3G/4G option. Throughout all of the leaks – both specs and retailer inventories – there has been no sign of a 3G/4G model.
According to Best Buy, the tablet is 114.3 x 200.6 x 7.6mm and weighs 317.5g.
It listed the prices as $269.99 (£175.95) for the 32GB model and $229.99 (£149.88) for the 16GB model.
