Gurney Pitta bird : Gurney Pitta is very close to extinction, Gurney Pitta is regional bird of Thailand and Burma. According to body features Gurney Pitta is mid-size bird and belongs to passerine bird family. Commonly known as Latin binomial Gurney Pitta was discovered by a British banker back in 1890. Being a Passerine bird, they take diet consisted on slugs, insects, and earthworms, With respect to physical attributes males has a blue crown and black-and-yellow belly the rest of the head is black, and it has warm brown upper parts. The female has a brown crown and buffy-whitish belly.
