Samsung Galaxy S5 Ready to Launch

Samsung Galaxy S5 rumoured to launch March 2014 in two versions

Samsung is said to be launching its new flagship Galaxy S5 smartphone in March, according to ET News.
The Korean news site claims the company will start the manufacturing of the handset in January 2014 for release at the end of the quarter.
Although it doesn't fit with the South Korean company's usual launch schedule, an earlier S5 release would make sense given the reports of the S4 not selling as well as planned.
ET News also claims the new flagship device will be taking a similar approach to Apple with its iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C, launching in both plastic and metal versions.

The Samsung Galaxy S5 devices are said to carry the same specifications, but the high end model will come with a metal chassis and flexible display, while the more affordable version will have a normal display and plastic casing.
In addition, other rumours that have been circulating around the new device include a 5-inch Super AMOLED display at 560ppi, 64-bit processor, 16-megapixel rear camera with OIS, 3GB of RAM and a 4000mAh battery.
